This Cookie Policy explains how GramFlow uses cookies and similar technologies to manage authentication sessions, secure user accounts, and operate our Instagram automation platform.

2. Cookies We Use

A. Essential Authentication & Security Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary to maintain authenticated sessions and protect against unauthorized access. They cannot be disabled.

  • __Secure-next-auth.session-token: Maintains your signed-in session securely across dashboard requests.
  • __Host-next-auth.csrf-token: Protects forms and API endpoints from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks.

B. Functional & Preference Cookies

These cookies store non-sensitive UI state, such as active workspace selection, sidebar collapse states, and preferred account filters.

C. Click Tracking & Conversion Attribution

When recipients click tracked links generated by GramFlow campaigns (/r/:slug), we use server-side timestamps and anonymized hashes to attribute unique clicks and measure conversion rates. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell visitor data to third-party ad networks.

3. Third-Party Integrations

GramFlow integrates with Meta Graph API for official Instagram authentication and webhooks. When connecting your account via Facebook Login, Meta may set authentication cookies on its own domain (facebook.com / instagram.com) subject to Meta's Privacy and Cookie Policies.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the GramFlow dashboard or managing automations.
